The iOS app is also covered by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement when it is listed.
What this is
The app is a reminder log, not an inspection and not code compliance. It is not a substitute for a licensed fire protection inspection. Guides and checklists on this site are reference notes. They are not a fire marshal report and not legal advice. Your workplace and your local fire authority set the rules that apply to you.
Purchases
There is no card checkout on this site. When paid features are sold, they are sold through the App Store. The price is shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you pay. Restore Purchases is in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your records
You own the notes you enter. They stay on your device until you delete them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a missed reminder, a failed extinguisher, an emergency light, an injury, or a citation based on the app or this site. You use the log at your own risk.

Pages here are informational. The waitlist is an email request, not a purchase.
